Founded in Shanghai, NON is a Ningbo-inspired fusion restaurant shaped by a deep respect for seafood and an open approach to culinary crossover. At its core is a dialogue between tradition and reinterpretation—where familiar flavours are refined through technique, and cultural origins are carried forward without nostalgia.
The brand identity reflects this balance through a typography-led visual language. Instead of overt symbolism, subtle line rhythm and structural restraint suggest the presence of fish and the sea in a measured, almost implicit way. Warm neutral tones anchor the system across space and materials, allowing the identity to remain calm, grounded, and quietly distinctive.
